1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mospala ("mospala", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mospala online gaming platform, available at https://mospala.com and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms.
Where any inconsistency exists between these Terms and a promotion-specific document, the promotion-specific document shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms take precedence.
mospala reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, provided that material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the Effective Date shown in the page header above. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the mospala Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. mospala operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mospala, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement that covers the mospala Platform.
- Your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
mospala takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Age verification is a mandatory step in the account registration and KYC process. Where mospala has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder is under 18 years of age, it reserves the right to suspend access to that account immediately, carry out enhanced age verification, and — if underage use is confirmed — permanently close the account. Any balance held in an account that is closed for underage use will be handled in accordance with mospala's responsible gaming obligations and applicable policy at the time.

3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on the mospala Platform at any one time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device — is strictly prohibited. If mospala identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all accounts other than the first registered account, void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from registering again.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mospala account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the Platform using your account. mospala will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mospala support immediately.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
mospala is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its KYC obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage during your use of the Platform, but particularly before your first withdrawal is processed:
- Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account showing your name and account number)
- Any additional documentation that mospala reasonably requests in connection with an account review or enhanced due diligence process
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time — typically 14 days from the date of request — may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
mospala currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change. mospala will provide advance notice of material changes to its payment method availability wherever reasonably practicable.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit on mospala is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card and bank transfer methods. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are encouraged to review the limits applicable to their chosen payment method before initiating a deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may take up to 24 hours depending on the payment provider's processing schedules. mospala does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which mospala bears no responsibility.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the mospala account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. mospala reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large, where account activity has triggered an internal review, or where KYC documentation is incomplete.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the mospala Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). mospala does not charge currency conversion fees. Where a payment method processes transactions in a currency other than BDT, the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
mospala offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by mospala are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered using real-money bets before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
mospala operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using bonus funds to make bets on games that are excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements; and any other strategy that mospala reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offer structure rather than to engage with the Platform in good faith.
Where mospala identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, remove the bonus balance from the player's account, and suspend or permanently close the account concerned.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. mospala will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the mospala Platform are provided by independent, certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on the Platform use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studio environments and are subject to the rules and oversight procedures of the respective game provider.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mospala Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, potentially leading to permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Use of any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the Platform
- Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches — any such errors must be reported to mospala support immediately
- Collusion with other players in live game environments, including signalling, chip dumping, or coordinated betting strategies
- Arbitrage betting or any strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers or odds discrepancies
- Any form of cheating, fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform
mospala reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets that it reasonably determines to have been placed in contravention of these rules, or as a result of a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed issue. In such cases, mospala's decision, reached after reasonable investigation, shall be final and binding.
7. Responsible Gaming
mospala is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, and mospala provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their gambling activity and keep it within healthy boundaries.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered mospala account holders and can be activated or adjusted at any time via the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month in ৳ BDT. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before they can be increased.

8. Account Closure & Termination
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your mospala account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, mospala will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
8.2 Closure by mospala
mospala reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
- Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward mospala staff or other players
- Any other conduct that mospala reasonably determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform
Where an account is closed by mospala for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation where mospala has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or another serious breach of these Terms. mospala will communicate its decision and the reasons for it to the affected player in writing to the email address on file.
8.3 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and mospala, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. mospala is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform.
mospala's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount standing in that player's account at the time the claim arises, excluding any bonus balances. mospala shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
